The press is equipped by high frequency. The HF plywood press is different from hot press. The convicienal hot press use hot oil or steam to dry the water or glue, it dry the moisture in the glue from outer side, it not only dry the glue but also dry the wood material; While the high frequency press use strong magnetic field, it penetrate the wood and act on the glue directly, so it dry the material from the inner side, what's more, the dryed wood that contains no water dosen't get any power. So the high frequency works more effciently and takes less power. For the size of 1400*800mm, the curing time is about 1-2 minutes.
